Dr.Linda Yniguez (yes, she is a LATINA) is a licensed clinical psychologist in California with 15 years of experience as a therapist, consultant, educator, and lecturer. With a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, she has been an Associate Professor of family medicine at the USC School of Medicine and has held a California license as a practicing psychologist since 1990.

Dr. Linda's appears periodically as a guest consultant on various TV shows, including Dick Clark's TV show, "The Other Half" and the "Lifetime Now" show.

She was featured for a brief time in 1997 as the host of "ShrinkRap, a new "call-in" psychology show on KLSX 97.1, The FM Talk Station in Los Angeles. Since then, Dr. Linda has made guest appearances on such shows as "The Ricky Rachtman Show" and "Conway & Steckler," both broadcast on KLSX 97.1. She has also been featured in various magazines, including the 'Maxim Sex Book', as a contributing editor on women's issues, minority issues, and bicultural (latino/a) concerns.

Dr. Linda has a love for animals, nature, and natural healing. She is an avid tennis player, piano player, and yoga enthusiast. She has also been known to work at remodeling her house...especially with her Roto Zip saw! She does great work with painting rooms in a textured style. So if you see specs of white in her hair, you can be sure it's paint or plaster!
